How the demo works after your first login

Both demos run on fictitious data. We give you one account per role, so you can see exactly what a works council (OR) member, a chair, a coach or an administrator sees. What you see depends on your role.

Tip: open the demo in a second window and follow the steps alongside. Feel free to change anything: the data is fictitious. The demos are in Dutch, so menu names and buttons are quoted in Dutch with an English translation.

Paspoort tour

  1. Logging in and consent

Log in with the email address and password we sent you. The first time, you read how your data is handled and give your consent. You can change your password via your name in the top right corner.

  2. Overview (Overzicht)

This shows what you can do right now: an open scan, your latest result and your goals. Coaches and administrators also see their own sections here.

  3. The scan

For each skill, you rate two statements on a scale of 1 to 4, or choose "nog niet meegemaakt" (not experienced yet). Your answers are saved as you go, so you can stop and continue later. Then you review everything and submit.

    • If the AI conversation is enabled, you can also do the scan as a conversation. The AI makes suggestions; you decide which ones to adopt.
  4. Results and development report

For each skill, you see your level, what it means in terms of behaviour and what the next step is. Under "Ontwikkelrapport" (development report) you choose which sections to include and save it as a PDF.

  5. My development (Mijn ontwikkeling)

Choose your role in the works council. Set a goal for each skill and indicate what you want to develop. Every development point comes with a matching training offer.

    • "Mijn versies" (my versions) lists all your assessments. "Nieuwe versie van mijn profiel" (new version of my profile) starts an interim assessment, and your growth appears automatically.
    • "Deel met …" (share with …) shares your profile with your coach for 90 days. You can withdraw it at any time.
  6. Goals and passport (Doelen, Paspoort)

Under "Doelen" you keep track of your goals and actions. Under "Paspoort" you find what you have learned and done, to keep or to share.

  7. Our council (Onze OR), for the coordinator

As coordinator, you see who has taken part, without seeing any answers, and you can send a reminder. Once there are enough participants, you see the group profile, the group report and the team assessment.

  8. Coaching (Begeleiding), for the coach

As coach, you see your works councils, the group profile and whatever members choose to share with you. You keep notes and can set up a personality questionnaire for each member. The team picture only appears once enough members opt in.

  9. Administration (Beheer)

As administrator, you edit the framework: areas, skills, behaviour per level and role profiles. Every change becomes a new version that a second person approves. This is also where you manage tests, the training offer, the AI settings and the environment settings.

OR-Bureau tour

  1. Logging in

Log in with the account we sent you. Some roles use a second step with a code from an authenticator app on your phone. If you sit on more than one works council, choose which one you are working in at the top right.

  2. My week (Mijn week)

Your home page: your actions, commitments and upcoming deadlines. At a glance, you see what is expected of you this week.

  3. Case files (Dossiers)

Every process is a case file, such as a request for advice from the employer. The case board shows all processes by phase.

    • Open a case file: you see the phases defined in the WOR, a completeness checklist and the deadlines.
    • Add documents and give each one a classification. This determines whether the AI may read it.
    • At the writing desk ("schrijftafel") you work on the council's advice, supported by the AI coaches.
    • You can attach a short poll of the workforce to a case file, if your council uses this.
  4. The AI coaches

Inside a case file, you open the coach panel. Choose a coach, for example for legal or financial questions, and ask your question. The coach makes suggestions; with "Gebruik dit" (use this) you adopt a suggestion, and you check it before saving. If AI is switched off in the demo, you will see a notice.

  5. Meetings (Vergaderingen)

Create a meeting with an agenda. Afterwards, paste in the minutes or transcript and let it be processed. You get a draft with decisions, actions and commitments, which you review and approve.

  6. Actions and commitments (Acties, Toezeggingen)

All agreements in one place: who does what, and when. Commitments made by management are tracked separately.

  7. Templates, knowledge and council memory

Templates for advice and procedures, knowledge about the WOR, and a council memory ("OR-geheugen") that preserves earlier decisions and agreements, even after elections.

  8. Feedback (Meldingen)

Spotted something that isn't right, or have an idea? Report it with the feedback button. Under "Mijn meldingen" (my reports) you can follow what happens with it.

  9. Administration (Beheer)

As administrator, you set up organisations, works councils, people and roles. You define the policy for classification and approval, and the AI settings including the budget. Everything is recorded in the audit log.
